Which range is right for you?
For many of our customers, Vulcan's Endurance line of medium or 'Restaurant'-duty ranges are a great fit. These are standalone ranges that come in several sizes and a ton of configurations. They are designed with busy full-service restaurants and commercial kitchens in mind.
If your kitchen is even busier than a busy restaurant, Vulcan's V-Series, heavy-duty ranges are going to be a better option for you. Heavy-duty ranges are modular so they can be set-up with a common gas rail as a seamless battery. Heavy-duty ranges are designed for institutional food service operations or kitchens that offer extended service hours, like casinos and hotels, but heavy-duty, modular ranges are also sought after by chef's that want, and can afford, the very best equipment for their kitchens.
